Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Jibli collects, how we use it, and your choices - for anyone who creates an account or uses jiblitunisia.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your full name, email, phone number, city, postal code and an optional profile photo. Order information: product links, selected options (size, color, model, quantity), and prices. Usage information: your language preference and in-progress order drafts, stored locally on your device so you don't lose your work if you switch apps.
2. How we use it
To create and manage your account, calculate prices, process and fulfill your orders, and contact you about your orders - mainly over WhatsApp, and by email for account verification. We don't sell your information to anyone.
3. Where your data lives
Your account and order data is stored with Supabase, a cloud database provider. Account verification emails are sent through Resend. Order confirmation and support happen over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy for the messages you send us there.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your language preference and to save an in-progress order request if you leave the page - not for third-party advertising or tracking.
5. Your rights
You can review and update your account details at any time from your Account page. To request a copy of your data or to have your account and data deleted, contact us on WhatsApp or at jiblitunisia@gmail.com.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to resolve any open orders.
7. Children's privacy
Jibli isn't intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Continued use of Jibli after a change means you accept the updated policy.
