Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Jibli buys real products from AliExpress, Shein and Temu on your behalf, and delivers gaming top-ups that are activated instantly, refunds work a bit differently than a typical store. Here's exactly how it works.
1. Before you pay a deposit
You can change or cancel your request at any time, free of charge, up until you pay a deposit and we confirm your order. Nothing is final until then.
2. After a deposit, before we've ordered
If we haven't placed the order with the original store yet, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund your deposit.
3. After we've placed the order
Once we've purchased the item from AliExpress, Shein or Temu on your behalf, we can no longer cancel or refund it - the same as if you'd ordered directly from that store yourself. This is the point of no return, so please make sure your options (size, color, model, quantity) are correct before confirming.
4. Wrong, damaged or defective items
If what arrives doesn't match what you ordered, or arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp with photos as soon as you receive it. We'll do everything we can to resolve it through the original store's buyer protection - we can't guarantee an outcome since it ultimately depends on that store's policies, but we'll always advocate for you.
5. Delivery delays
International shipping times vary and are outside our direct control. If your order is taking longer than expected, message us and we'll check the tracking status with you - delays alone aren't grounds for a refund, since the order has already been placed with the store.
6. Gaming top-ups and digital products
Once a gaming top-up, gift card code or subscription has been delivered to you, it can't be refunded or exchanged - this is standard for digital goods, the same as any other top-up provider. The exception is our error: if we deliver the wrong amount or wrong product, tell us right away and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
