These Terms of Service govern your use of Jibli (jiblitunisia.com), operated from Deguach, Tunisia. By creating an account or placing a request through our site, you agree to these terms.
1. What Jibli does
Jibli is a shopping proxy and gaming top-up service for customers in Tunisia. For shopping requests, you paste a product link from AliExpress, Shein or Temu, we calculate a price in Tunisian dinars, and once you confirm, we purchase the item on your behalf and arrange delivery to you. For gaming top-ups (Riot Points, Valorant VP, Free Fire Diamonds, Robux, Steam gift cards, subscriptions and similar), we deliver the top-up or code to you after you confirm the order and price on WhatsApp.
2. How ordering works
You submit a request through the site with the product link and your chosen options. We calculate an estimated price and you review it before anything is finalized. Confirmation happens over WhatsApp, where we may ask for a deposit before we place the order with the original store. The price shown on the site is an estimate until we confirm it with you directly - exchange rates, shipping costs and store prices can change between when you submit a request and when we place the order.
3. Your account
You're responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information, and for keeping your login details private. One account per person - please don't share your login or use Jibli to place orders on behalf of a business without talking to us first.
4. Payment
Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp after you confirm your order and price. We don't store or process card payments on this website.
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the original store, the shipping method and international carriers, and are estimates only - we don't guarantee exact delivery dates. You can track confirmed orders from your account. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate; delays caused by incorrect information provided by you are not our responsibility.
6. Our role and limitations
We act as an intermediary between you and AliExpress, Shein, Temu and gaming top-up providers. We don't manufacture, stock or ship these products ourselves, and we're not responsible for defects, delays or issues that originate with the store or carrier - though we'll always help you pursue a resolution where one is available. 7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. Continued use of Jibli after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
